Description

The seven fables for melody and bass instruments are to be understood as stories without words. They function as a duo of two equal instruments, but thanks to chord indications, they can also be enriched with harmony instruments and/or double bass. For the melody part there are recorders, transverse flute, clarinet (an excerpt of parts in Bb can be found in the Download area of ​​this issue) and violin, for the bass part bass recorder, violoncello, viola da gamba or bassoon. The fables can also be played as a piano solo.
